Was great, now terrible. I've used Nembol for a few years now and had the odd issue. However generally speaking I'd say it was intuitive and reliable. However they recently completely revamped the platform and it's awful. It's ruined the sync between my selling platforms and customer service is non existent. Previously you would received a reply within ten, fifteen minutes. Now you have to wait days.

I was a customer for many years I was a customer for many years. When they changed it in 2023 the features that I needed were gone. They changed the program so that I couldn't use it anymore. My personal feelings are that it's a mess and very disappointing that they changed it. Regarding support I'd say - average. I'm looking for a replacement. They should offer a "Classic" version as a separate option.

Excellent support received from Nembol We use Nembol to keep our stock in sync between Etsy, eBay and Pinterest. I recently asked Nembol support if I could link items on Pinterest to eBay by default. The feature was not available at that time. A couple of days later Nembol support contacted me and advised me that they created the feature and I could use it. I was pleasantly surprised by this. Nembol saves us a lot of time by keeping our stock in sync.
