Superb Customer Serice While the Nembol platform did not ultimately work for me (incompatible with my 3rd party vendor), I can't say enough about how great the customer service was. Emanuela and Darlyn where fantastic: quick, timely responses were so appreciated!

List from Shopify to eBay and Etsy. We used Nembol to transfer our Shopify listings onto eBay and Etsy, and now use it to keep all in sync and we are setting up Amazon. Software is super easy to set-up and works as advertised. Support was prompt and very friendly, the only issue is they reply during office hours. No 24/7 and no phone contact.

Avoid we have used them for 2 years Avoid we have used them for 2 years, recently they have asked if we would like to be moved to new interface with an option to moving back to old system for whatever reason. After the change they refused to move us back to old system. Furthermore they have the changed data we were relying on our listings. Customer service not replying to messages.
