Scammers, This Website is Scam I write to support for help but its beed almost 7 to 8 days, still no reply. Firstly i was suppose to get my first payout on 17 june, but that day they changed the payout date to 24 june, i write to support about this till now NO REPLY, today is 24 june again they changed the payout date to 14 july and currently the payout amount is showing $0.00 why? i believe this website is doing scams to digital product seller. and thats why i'm reporting this fake site, because the support is not replying to your email or no response from direct inbuilt website support feature.

Bad company, avoid if you can Bad company. 1: incompetent technical support. They get confused by their own documentation, can't answer technical questions about their own APIs. 2: non-existant onboarding support: the guy that did the onboarding disappeared after the 1st round of communication. They're not interested in you if you're a small indie developer.

They just stole my money They just stole my money. More than 20k. I just opened my account in the morning, and it became inaccessible. Support says - sorry, it's our partner. We can't do anything. Everything that was honestly earned was stolen

Lack of customer support and empty promises Unlike how their website advertises there are no silly questions and users are welcome to ask questions anytime, my email has been left unanswered for two + weeks despite having sent them multiple follow ups. Very frustrating. Unfortunately they are not interested in you if you have a small business. I was so excited about this platform at first but everything wonderfully depicted on their website seem to be just empty promises.

Lemon helped me to overcome payout barriers. I could continue my digital store thanks to lemon. My region have very limited option regarding payouts in other platforms. Yes, forming an company at USA or UK would help. But that is not something most people can afford right away. So lemon was just the perfect platform to switch over to. It supports virtual bank accounts like wise. Though recent stripe integration made the process slower. But it is still much better than closing my digital shop!
