FRIt is so easy to use It is so easy to use, most of my clients over the last few years have enjoyed their experience of Docusign. I just make sure I remind them to click finish when they've finished or the software won't register their signature. A lot of my clients are not from the internet generation, so they need an extra bit of personal guidance and reassurance. This software saves me so much time at work.

GBTerrible customer service non existent… Terrible customer service non existent . No E nail address and Sll calls are outsourced to people not trained in billing or refunds . Beware . It’s also gotten expensive .

GBDocuSign Stress Eating The Documents in Doc U Sign have a short life span. Trying to send them by email as an attachment to my spouse for printing caused stress. I encountered issues just downloading a simple, printable format that is viewable and printable to the recipient. I never figured it out after 3 hours working together with my husband and eating two cupcakes, a slice of carrot cake, and a chocolate coconut nest for comfort food. In my opinion this DocuSign dilemma requires a degree in web development and technology. I don't want or need Fort Knox safety features to keep the documents safe from prowling eyes. Had horrible post trauma remembering real estate transactions using DocuSign with negative client feedback, I do not recommend this.

GBwrongful billing predatory I was never notified of the charging per document amount or the change in pricing I have been paying 48 dollars for 2 years now you are way over charging me without notifying me of a change in pricing I will be filing a complaint against your company with the BBB and the FTC. I do not authorize you to continue to wrongful without authorization charge my credit card for more then the plan I signed up for! Have a supervisor call me asap 480-626-3153 I have been trying to contact your company reguarding these wrongful amounts I have been charged. You did not notify me of any price change. I signed up for a 48 dollar a month plan not hundreds of dollars you have billed me and your company will not respond I have tried to contact support 3 times I will be disputing these charges with my bank and filing a complaint with the BBB and the FTC.

GBPlease do not use!!! Again same as below, been using these for 7 months. 4 months in they doubled my monthly bill. Customer service is shocking they refuse to refund and keep closing your case. Honestly please for the love and money use another company. I’ve just had a baby and being self employed finances are tight and now they have taken over £200.00 more than they are meant to. Horrible company! Trying to cancel contract currently.
