GBWe have used Docusign since lockdown… We have used Docusign since lockdown for work as a letting agent - it saves us over 80 sheets of paper for every new tenant's move in pack, is super easy to use and make our life miles easier! We were a bit apprehensive about shifting onto a digital version of our work, but now can't believe we hadn't done it sooner.

GBI find DocuSign a great tool to use for… SIGNATURES! I find DocuSign a great tool to use for signatures for all our important contracts and documents. It is efficient, user friendly. The switching between signees is easy and entering details where needed is straightforward. We have been using for about 5 years now. Highly recommend.

GBA business essential - thank you DocuSign! Couldn't live within this tool - started off using their free, signer account and recently upgraded to the paid version. Didn't think it could get any better but it has. I now get pretty much all of my contracts returned within hours - which has impacted our bottom line. The team are also really helpful, whenever I have had a question. Thanks team DocuSign!

GBTerrible customer service non existent… Terrible customer service non existent . No E nail address and Sll calls are outsourced to people not trained in billing or refunds . Beware . It’s also gotten expensive .
