GBI'm trying to close my account I'm trying to close my account and it is a sickening process. Delibertly designed to be circular, confusing & demoralising. Genuinely pathetic tactics & has me wasting my time going in circled looking for buttons to close the account... THAT ARE NOT THERE ON BOTH THE PHONE & DESKTOP. GBQuick and very easy to use Quick and easy to use especially if you set up your templates. Takes less than 5 mins to send off a contract! The tracking function is very useful to see if the signatories have viewed the document so you can follow-up with them. Though the recipient notifications tend to go into the junk folder, we can pre-empt this by giving them a heads-up. As a bonus, they have interesting free webinars dealing with the changing economy and the way we now work. Our business has been using docusign for over a year now and it's fantastic.

CANo way to contact support - refunds are IMPOSSIBLE Cancelling your subscription is SUPER hard, contacting support is impossible, as all support links go to broken web pages. So I can't get a refund because their refund policy is to contact support! What a farce. Take your paying users seriously and maybe Docusign wouldn't have so many bad reviews from what should be a simple subscription & product.
