Scents are great Scents are great. Descriptions of scents are accurate. A friend made me aware of how each Vegas casino has different scents. It's been fun bringing those scents home. Products are well packaged; protected but not excessive packing materials.

I purchased the Professional Scent Machine along with the air switch kit and we love how the scent fills our entire three level home! We love getting compliments on how good our home smells when we have company over! Money well spent!

The home unit diffuser is great but the… The home unit diffuser is great but the fact that rotating it causes oil leakage really sucks. I mean little kids and many other factor sometimes make me forget that machine needs be standing straight still. I have lost two oil bottles just because machine was in horizontal position and not vertical. The tech is advanced please come up with better tech and fix this or is it a strategy so oil gets wasted and people buy more oil!

The infromarmtion regarding payment was clera and easy to aminster. The navigation on the site was smooth and efficent. My items arrvied quickly and in good condition. A small detail I was disapopinted with was that the item lacked some documentation that was in the description. I would say it was an oridnary experience all togther.

great custome service I have my professional machine for almost 3 years. I have called customer service a number of time to ask questions when something went wrong. Working with customer service was great. They were very helpful, at some point they did not know what was wrong. They replaced my unit within a week. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to scent their home.
