SG1st Phone line operational BUT VoiP… 1st Phone line operational BUT VoiP device, ObiHai OBI302 is problematic. 2nd line connection not operating. NO support by phone from OBI and NO support via OBI website to correct 2nd line phone connection issue!! Can't even log in to OBI website after creating account. Need to correct or get a replacement device. Enough to make me consider cancelling my service overall and finding a new phone company.

GBService activation date vs. actual equipment activation date ???? So far, EVERYTHING has functioned exceptionally well except for one "glitch" that made me select 4 stars instead of 5 stars. My equipment was sent out on March 26 and yet my service was "activated" on March 4. It seems to me that I don't have any service until I can make and receive telephone calls. It appears to me that my renewal payment will be due at least three weeks before my one-year anniversary of ACTUAL service. I believe that service activation should not be recorded as such until I at least receive the necessary equipment!

GB1 Spotty service lacking basic features 1. Quality of service has deteriorated significantly e.g. Softphone keeps on dropping calls regularly rendering the service useless. Sometimes answer yield a dead line, the software gets stuck with only alternative to close it (can't reject calls etc). 2. Service lacking basic features e.g. blocking unwanted numbers 3. C/S is highly ineffective and not customer friendly and tech support diverting from billing/accounting input. Tech support not customer friendly and not always effective (e.g. resolving issues with faxing, lengthening the time one is given to complete a call (impossible to dial unless one knows the number by heart) 4. Pricing is out of line with QoS. Given the existence of Google Voice, Viber and a myriad of other applications one would imaging that pricing of calls (e.g. overseas) would be closer. At least at current prices, one would expect premium service.

GBIt was a long process to get the… It was a long process to get the telephone number transferred, but customer support was helpful. Emails came to update status. equipment was easy to install and the phone app is also quite good. I can check voicemails regularly which had been a problem with my previous provider. Also can easily use "old fashioned" method of dialing a code from the phone! Amazing. i haven't had the service long, but so far am very satisfied.
