Update from my hairdryer…… I had to… Update from my hairdryer…… I had to contact my CC company as they stated they would give me a full refund in 7-14 business days almost 3 weeks after cancelling my order. The 7-14 days ago was 15 days ago and still no refund. Their customer service is like Houdini and just vanished into thin air. I highly recommend not purchasing anything from this site as they are a complete scam.

I've had the worst experience with Carlo maderno I've place a order since April 6th they send me the wrong sneakers and it was fake i send it back to the address that was on the package and emailed them the tracking number and i paid for it myself to send it back and that was their mistake until this day i still have no refund and no sneakers I've been going back and forth with them for over 2 months over emailed beware they are a scam do not waste your money if i have to go to every website to write a negative review that's what i am gonna.... They don't deserve to be in business Back again it's June 15th at this point since i placed this order april 16th still no product no refund i got an email from them since last week saying they issued me a refund for me to delete the negative review still no refund...A $130 down the drain the worst ever.!!!! Back again June 25th still no refund no response to any of my emails BEWARE PEOPLE THEY ARE A SCAMS!!! SCAMS!!! SCAMS!!! July 4th still no refund still haven't responded to any of my emails beware people it's a scam!!!! Don't waste ur money!!!! OK I'll be waiting for your lawsuit i got proof I bought from you i got receipts i am gonna post the receipt for you since you wanna be on some you don't know me i can't wait for this lawsuit its gonna back fire on your ass you a fraud!!!

Over THREE Months And No Shoes I placed an order for a single pair of shoes on 12/13/2020 and received an email confirmation same day. Their shipping and handling policy says 15-30 days so I waited until 01/25/2021 and emailed them for an update and explanation for the delay and lack of communication. “Victoria Puccini” responded with a ridiculous explanation about the shoes being at a warehouse, changing shipping carriers and to wait patiently. She also promised a $10 discount on my next order, like she thought I would want to place another order. I emailed the company again on 02/16/2021 and requested a full refund. Victoria emailed back agains saying that the package had shipped with USPS and to wait...15-30 days yet again! I told her I no longer wanted to do business with her company and requested the full refund, but she denied it, saying to wait and if I did not receive the shoes within 14 days then she would refund me. I emailed again on 04/01/2021 to AGAIN ask for a refund and have not received a response. What an unacceptable way to do business. And yes, I checked my order number several times during these past few months and at no point was the status available for tracking. Order number 200020504. Update (05/01/21): I see that the company responded to my review, saying I not only received the shoes but, “great compensation”. False. The ONLY thing I received from them was my money back! But that was only after writing the initial review that they finally acquiesced my numerous requests to do so. This company flunked business school.

okay so I ordered a pair of shoes from… okay so I ordered a pair of shoes from this website on december 27 2020!! and after a few months I was pretty sure they were never gonna come so I lost hope. buuut they finally arrived on april 22!! they are really nice and even though it took awhile to come, I didn’t waste my money so yay!

Run away FAST! Do NOT order from this site! ALL LIES! If I could do ZERO stars I would! I ordered a pair of shoes Feb 2021 for $130 + tax. Total was about $145. I've been checking on them ever since! (15-30 day delivery is complete BS) If you try to contact the company it goes to an answering service. The answering service has NO info about your order and has no info on this company as well! (They are doing their own investigating into this company now) All I ever get back is random tracking # screenshots, always showing a label has been created. All emails are from a Victoria Puccini. Kept offering me discounts on my future orders.1st was $20 off next order, then $50 off next order. (As if I'm going to order anything ever again!?) After speaking with the manager of the answering service at length, they said this company is new and run by 1 man. They said I am not the 1st call by far that has this same story. FINALLY 3 mo later a pair of random shoes show up. No where near what I ordered and NO where near the size I ordered. I think they just sent something to shut me up. I have no idea if I will ever get my money back or be able to return these shoes. I will update this review, when and if something additional happens. You have been warned. Please learn from my nightmare! Update: As you can see they replied... 1st, it was not delayed for Coronavirus. After the actual shipping label was made, the shoes arrived fairly quickly. I was given several fake screen shots of other labels previously. We all order online and Coronavirus delays are not an excuse at all. Nothing is delayed for that in April 2021, but nice try! 2nd, I absolutely did NOT get the correct shoe. The shoe I ordered was FROST MINT (a mint green color), and the one I received was ALL BLACK! If this site let you load a picture, i would show receipt and actual item! We'll see how long it takes to get a refund! I will gladly ship them back at carlomaderno's expense, I have no use for these shoes! I ordered a size 7 and got a 10.5! 7 sizes too big and completely wrong color! I WISH, they would've at least been the correct size so I could just keep them and move on, but no such luck. Side note, he has the time to respond on this site, but have had NO response to the email I sent a few days ago letting them know of the mistake. Sorry Carlomaderno.com, your scam has been exposed... and not just by me. There are plenty of others with my exact same story! 5-19-21: UPDATE! Still NO refund! I have sent numerous requests for a refund and have not received anything except them telling me to return the shoes to an address in ISRAEL. I told them I would happily return them if they sent me a postage paid label because I was NOT paying shipping to ISRAEL for a SCAM. They have also sent me an email saying I might get a refund if I remove this review. Said I would get $50 off next order repeatedly... Those emails have been turned over to TrustPilot for review. I have also talked to their answer service again, and they are starting their own investigation into who they are answering the phones for.
