GBKN95 masks Order #15494 I received my KN95 masks yesterday. They were delivered in less than two weeks which was as promised. I put them through the three tests recommended by the CDC to make sure they’re authentic. They passed with flying colors. Finally an honest company. An outstanding company to deal with. GBFalse advertising of certified KN95 masks Also ordered KN95 masks advertised as CE certified, that were clearly fake, as they had gaps around the face. When they arrived there was NO barcode, either on the box, or the mask. The company requested photos of masks and boxes, then responded they were correct and as ordered. I replied that CE certification requires track and trace ability, which requires bar codes, lot numbers, or the like. Never heard back.

GBGood masks, poor service I have ordered N95 masks from Covcare. The masks were excellent, but their customer service is poor. The order takes several weeks to deliver, and when inquiring about the status of the order, they give one blanket response: "Your order is awaiting shipment and is scheduled to be shipped out soon. Once it ships, you'll get an email with the tracking number." I received this message weeks apart. Expect to wait an EXTREMELY long time for your order. Also, expect minimal help from their customer service.

GBMasks Did Not Fit Around the Ears I ordered masks that did not fit around my ears properly, the elastic was too short and kept sliding off. I sent them a picture as requested, so that I could return the remaining unopened packages. I had emails from Sara and Bryan, over the course of several months and still no resolution. They are a total rip-off and sell useless masks.

GBBeware of this company Beware, not a reputable company. I ordered Covcare brand CE certified surgical masks as advertised in the website. Shipping charges were higher than usual. Received some unknown Chinese brand, non CE certified masks with the boxes damaged due to poor shipping. Contacted customer service for a return and refund as the product was not what I ordered, with pictures of the damaged boxes. Received a reply stating that their plant was in China with a discount code for future orders not addressing the real issue. Trying to get my money back through Paypal.
