The company says their products are… The company says their products are made in the US..Not so!!! The NK95 masks I ordered were made in China, and in the package it has the manufacturing info paper from China. This company is scamming people! I contacted them to request info to return them for a refund, since they were sold with false information. They refused any type of return/refund. This company needs to be shut down. Taking advantage of people during a pandemic is disgusting.

Our company ordered 5,000 masks from… Our company ordered 5,000 masks from CovCare. Ashish, our representative, was very helpful with providing quotes and the ordering process. If I had any questions, he would respond to emails or voicemails within 30 minutes if he was not available when I called. I just ordered some face shields and feel confident that I will receive the same outstanding treatment again from Ashish.

Supervisor Karen listened to my concern, told me she would discuss the issue with her team, and call me within 24 hours to report the outcome. And that's EXACTLY what she did! If you’ve been scammed by Covcare If you’ve been scammed by Covcare, report the company to the BBB. Also consider contacting local news and sharing your experience. Keep a detailed record of any and all correspondence with customer service and management at the company. That’s what I’m doing. If this company is knowingly trafficking counterfeit masks that put public health at risk it can be held accountable. This is unconscionable. Good luck and stay safe.

Completely unreliable - do NOT use I had ordered face masks mid June and required delivery mid July. The company told us they would ship "very soon" but didn't. Hence we instructed them to cancel the order end of June. They never reacted to our request for cancellation but instead shipped the item mid August(!) - 2 months after our original order date. 1 month after our required delivery date. And despite us instructing them to cancel the order. This company has one of the worst customer service I ever experienced. They are completely unreliable. I strongly discourage anyone from ordering products at this website.
