Disappointing We have enrolled for their free trial for experience the product. We created some workflows but we realised that it is not fit for purpose. UX and UI are behind of the industry (personal opinion). Hence, we did not pay for the subscription. When we want to get a screenshot of what we have created so far, they said we need to get a subscription. Based on the GDPR they need to provide user generated data in their platform, however they are breaching the data protection law for generating revenue. Furthermore, when we want to get monthly subscription (apparently they dont provide), they wanted us to pay yearly fee to access to a single ill-designed workflow. We did not even want to get the workflow itself, just the data we have in the platform (in written). Disappointing experience

“Monthly Plan” Only letting you do a yearly plan for $120 instead of a monthly or just letting you buy your design for $10 is a ripoff and absurd. Absolutely joke. Literally told them I’m just going to remake my design elsewhere because I’m not going to reward this company for deceptive policy.

I've had Smartdraw since 2013 I've had Smartdraw since 2013. If you asked me back then, I would've told you Smartdraw's the bomb but in 2019, it's old and trite and I barely use it. It's stuck in same boring 2d visuals while the rest of the world has moved to 3D and 3D rendering. I've asked when will they start making exciting 3D visuals but each update has the same outdated stuff ZZZZzzzzzzzz. Even Powerpoint has moved to loading in 3D images. If the next update has the same boring 2 dimensional visuals, I'm done.

A great company, a great software Smartdraw is just simply, practical and everyone can find beautiful and very profesional charts to use. I like specially the new infographics and, of course his very large library of icons and symbols. I can add so mucha features like tabs, connecting points to reate your owns shapes and son on. The service is very good (I started to use Smartdraw in 1999!), I recommend SD everywhere, all of the books I was write have at least one graph create on any of their versions.

Dark pricing patterns Okay tool, but dark pricing patterns on the "buy" page which makes me not trust the company. Right now, the pricing says $9.95 per month, billed annually. That's not $9.95 per month, $119.40. Pricing like that usually implies the ability to switch to monthly pricing, at a more expensive rate - instead, they're using an unethical pattern for pricing. The tool is fine, but the pricing model makes it an unacceptable business to work with. There are much much better tools available that offer annual AND monthly pricing (Whimsical, Mural, Miro, Figma, etc.).
