Unfriendly, Aggressive and Complicated Adobe is very **unlike** many reputable and global subscriptions systems such as with Amazon and NetFlix. It limits your payment options in terms of country of origin and forces you to a series of aggressive failed payments. The **LACK** of accessible customer service adds to this and leaves you with no options with a matter cannot be resolved quick enough at hand. The very global etiquette of monthly rolling / cancel at the end of a billing period option does not exist. It seems they would like their users to get stuck with no communications where **even** paying with another payment card at another country is NOT possible. Things are NOT made simple and easy. Tells you A LOT about the product and company.

Would give 0 starts if I could Would give 0 starts if I could. Please do not ever use Adobe if you want to stay sane go get a different software please. Adobe has dozens of glitches and bugs that make it painstakingly hard to get anything done also it just randomly freezes and shutdown on you for no apparent reason deleting all your unsaved work. Adobe seems like a great software to use on the outside but it really suck not worth the money.

I agree with many of the one star… I agree with many of the one star reviews. Adobe say they send out an email asking if you would like to cancel or renew your subscription. They do not. There maybe a notification on the account but I do not recall ever seeing one. Adobe's strategy is people will forget to cancel then your locked into another year. If you want out you have to pay the remainder of the subscription to close the account. So you end up paying for a product you can not use. Is this legal? I am sure there will be something hidden away in their terms and conditions that protects them. There support is the worst I have experienced. If a smaller company behaved this way they would be labelled a scam.

I'm sick to death of Adobe I'm sick to death of Adobe. The only reason what so ever I use their software is to esign documents. There's no way to just get this single feature, instead, I'm paying $10 a month in perpetuity because they hold a monopoly over a single file format. I don't want 100GB of storage. I don't want access to 20 other apps. I want this one single thing, and when I go to cancel, I get cornered with early cancellation fees.
