NZAbusive loopholes with adobe… I have been in loopholes with adobe since 2020. You cant cancel your product because it sends you to a loophole of change password links that dont work. Customer service don´t cancel your account and they say they can't send you a link to cancel your subscription. Absolutly abusive. And if you manage after days and days of trying to talk to them to cancel your subscitpion, they say you have a cancellation fee of THE REST OF THE YEAR COSTS!

ZABig shout out to Tasmiya from Customer… Big shout out to Tasmiya from Customer Support who honestly made me feel like a customer who matters. Give them a high 5.

GBTrash Trash . Scam artists taking advantage of people once again. The app didn’t even do what it was claiming to do.

GBAdobe's products have been going downhill for a decade. Adobe's products have been going downhill for a decade. How Adobe is able to take programs that worked fine 10 years ago and render them unusable on $10k workstations is truly amazing. Basic tasks like selecting text in InDesign takes 5-7 seconds on a 24 core AMD Threadripper, 128GB RAM, RTX 4090, not kidding. We can fly around complex Unreal Engine scenes rendering 100 million polygons butter smooth but Illustrator locks up when pasting a 10kb vector graphic. Again, not kidding. They have taken our subscriptions for granted. Well, bad news for Adobe and Adobe investors. We are leaving for better products. We just cancelled 3 seats for our video team and moved to Resolve because it's better and no subscription. I know there are so many more who feel this way. Adios Adobe. You have failed.

ESI agree with many of the one star… I agree with many of the one star reviews. Adobe say they send out an email asking if you would like to cancel or renew your subscription. They do not. There maybe a notification on the account but I do not recall ever seeing one. Adobe's strategy is people will forget to cancel then your locked into another year. If you want out you have to pay the remainder of the subscription to close the account. So you end up paying for a product you can not use. Is this legal? I am sure there will be something hidden away in their terms and conditions that protects them. There support is the worst I have experienced. If a smaller company behaved this way they would be labelled a scam.
