My overall experience with Sobelia.com… My overall experience with Sobelia.com has been almoost good. It's a nicely designed website, easy to fnd what you're looking for. I've used it a few times over the last few months and haven't had any problems. The customer service is also good, with helpful, friendly reps. Prices are resonable, but sometimes higher than what you'd find elsewhere. I haven't encounted any dislikes, overall it is an okay experience. Yet, it ciuld be improved in some areas. The page stll needts a bit of an update and teh colors and design are a bit old-fashined. I wouldn't say it's my faviorite e-commerce site, but I would still recommend it.

Good value product, but not great packaging. Good value product, but dispatched in just a padded enveloped. As a result the outer box packaging arrived damaged which is not ideal when buying perfume as a gift.

Problem put right. Good communication when I asked a question, easy ordering and prompt delivery, well packaged. Very pleased with actual process. However, the perfume I ordered - Climat eau de toilette by Lancome, smelled very differently from the original. I don't know if the composition has changed over the years, but this had an underlying chemical smell and the colour was bright yellow whereas the original used to be colourless. I am very disappointed at the waste of money as I cannot wear this and would not give to anyone else. All the packaging looked genuine, but the smell was unrecognisable. Sobelia sent me a prepaid label to return the item and refunded me in full, no quibble.

Thought I didn't get my whole order, but after just a couple of minutes, I get a email from Sobelia that I should've received two separate notifications of the two packages I ordered. Said and done, I looked in the Postnord app and I saw a second notification. Can absolutely recommend Sobelia for being so quick and easy with the service.

Got my perfume, no issues. They clearly stated the products are coming from the US so expect some long delivery time, ok? Me I waited 3 weeks, but it was worth it. The product came in perfect condition and its genuine (it was a concern because im getting it for almost half the price compared to everywhere). 5 stars. I'll definitely buy from them again.
