I ordered 5 items I ordered 5 items, 2 were delivered within 2 week but it's now been 2 more weeks and the remaining 3 items have not been delivered. I've emailed to ask for help in tracking the outstanding items and have not been assisted in tracking the missing items. The product did not come in its… The product did not come in its original packaging. The product was taped over the top. It did not meet my expectations based upon your description. I was expecting a brand new product in its original packaging and not something with tape over the top. I sent an email about my disappointment and never heard one word back so that's why you're getting this bad review. Be responsive to your customers.
