Regardless of what other buyers have… Regardless of what other buyers have said about this seller, all our friends and us have been buying from them for the past 20 years and always had a very pleasant and fantastic experience. Fragranceexpress.com has always answered their phone and have always helped with any questions and their shipping is fast to anywhere in the world. Their goods are authentic. There are many customers that want something for free and claim to have received a fake or damaged item just to get the item or items for free.That happens in every venue; but it does not give customers the right to post reviews saying "fake" to harm sellers that sell their products in the e-commerce venues and that are selling authentic goods.

I GOT SCREWED OUT OF MY MONEY!!!! I Ordered Dior homme original like the picture showed on the website but they sent me Dior Homme 2020 (completely different scent). I reached out to customer service to voice their mistake. A guy by the name of Jack reached back out to me via email (jack at fragranceexpress.com) and gave me a few options to resolve the issue. I responded back 3 times without a response from Jack. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I guess I'm stuck with this fragrance that I didn't order. So I was a victim of false advertisement on their website and then their customer service screwed me over as well.

I ordered 5 items I ordered 5 items, 2 were delivered within 2 week but it's now been 2 more weeks and the remaining 3 items have not been delivered. I've emailed to ask for help in tracking the outstanding items and have not been assisted in tracking the missing items. If someone in your customer service dept sees this could I please be contacted?

Fast shipping and well packaged! Placed an order for nail polish. Received it within just a couple of days (DURING the covid pandemic) and it was wrapped twice tightly in big bubble wrap to ensure the polish didn't break during transit. Thank you!! You guys are amazing, and now I have the color I wanted (at a great price) in time for my wedding day!
