GBI wanted to try the product and there… I wanted to try the product and there was a promotion for 14-day trial I applied paid for shipping and the product was sent, but it wasn't delivered it was sent back, so I emailed luminous and someone called me from customer service immediately and straightened out my problem and resent the product I was so happy. Excellent customer service thank you very much

GBI got more product than I thought was… I got more product than I thought was coming!? I was only expecting the primer, foundation and brush! But my order came with a sealant and an eraser spray? Will I get charged extra for that? Thank you!

GBFavorite new foundation … I ordered the 3 set package, and at first was weary ordering online with my best estimate of color. I love the foundation and brush - makes the skin so smooth and doesn’t feel heavy at all. Highly recommend Also, great customer service and very helpful

GBI have contacted this company 3 times… I have contacted this company 3 times for lighter makeup for the air brush system that I ordered. First Lady did a color match on the makeup I received in a previous order and it was perfect, told me she had the new color in as an order and all she needed was payment for shipping. I told her no problem charge my card on file. She agreed, stated I would receive new makeup in 5 business days. 3-4 weeks later still haven’t received it. I called back and finally talk to another person. He stated that the order wasn’t put in but would fix it. For my inconvenience he would wave the shipping. Well guess what, weeks later no makeup.So I tried to get ahold of them again waited almost a hour no luck, so today I preceded to call again just requesting a refund because I was done. The new guy tells me that he created the order but never put it in. What in the world? So he tried to hurriedly put the order in and I was like no just would like a return label to return it. He tells me the trail period is over. Are you kidding me? So I proceeded to get his name and will dispute this with PayPal. This company is horrible customer service just kept blaming the non ordering on the previous person I spoke with.

GBThe product is a bit messy IMO The product is a bit messy IMO - the spray gets everywhere. not sure it is necessary since you are literally spraying it onto a brush? The product gets wasted being airborne, its messy and would apply the same way should you just dab or squeeze it on a brush. The spray is a bit gimmicky and unnecessary.
