GBGone downhill, still okay Full sized items are nice, but I really don't feel like my personalization quiz is taken into account like, at all. Less recognizable brands over time as well.

GBVery satisfied customer I love the quick response and that Boxy always keeps me up to date about account changes. I also love getting so many full sized products many worth more than one months subscription. Everything always comes sealed with a description anc retail value. I also love that I have been a subscriber for 3 years now and have never received the same product twice and almost every month receive a brand new full-sized eye palette.

GBBeginning of membership was great, now if I receive my box I'm happy When I first started my membership I was charged on the 1st of each month and had my box by the 15th. The last 3 months I've been charged on the 1st and not received my box or received it at the 1st of following month. Also when you try to contact customer support it's difficult to get any help or have a resolution. Frustrated over the lack of getting help or being able to speak to a person. Months go by without getting a box but charged.

GBUpdated : I contracted "pink eye" from one of… (Update) I was contacted by a csr concerning my review. They did reimburse me for one of the products that I had purchased and gave me $12 credit. I used the credit to get a blade refill for my shaver. They have the best razors. The blades last for a very long time. Though, I appreciate their efforts, I still stand by my original review. Their eye makeup (specifically products that were liquid or cream form) caused an allergic reaction. In this day in age, when using the wrong eye drops can cause the loss of your eyeballs, a person should wary of any company selling products that cause irritation around your eyes. I contracted "pink eye" from one of their eyeliner products and on multiple occasions I had an "allergic" reaction to their eye makeup. My eyelids would become inflamed and burn. I was a subscriber of their glam bags and I purchased products through their website. I did not use any other products besides ipsy products when I had these reactions. Therefore, I know it was their products causing the issue. It happened too many times to be a coincidence and certainly enough times to decide that I will never use their products again.

GBOutstanding customer service I had to contact them to make sure I received my points for my sister joining under my name, and the lady was very helpful and eager to help, most importantly. Very sweet and went out of her way!!
