Apparently y’all run out of products… Apparently y’all run out of products that people actually picked them send them repeat items. Recently y’all gave me my money back which is good but if you don’t have the items anymore from choice, either give credits or a refund

I enjoy my boxy but for the past 4… I enjoy my boxy but for the past 4 months I have been not happy because #1 not getting my choice item or #2 not getting my drop shop bogo’s or items . The 6$ credit doesn’t pay for the choice item, and getting partial refunds on my drop shop orders is annoying

Updated : I contracted "pink eye" from one of… (Update) I was contacted by a csr concerning my review. They did reimburse me for one of the products that I had purchased and gave me $12 credit. I used the credit to get a blade refill for my shaver. They have the best razors. The blades last for a very long time. Though, I appreciate their efforts, I still stand by my original review. Their eye makeup (specifically products that were liquid or cream form) caused an allergic reaction. In this day in age, when using the wrong eye drops can cause the loss of your eyeballs, a person should wary of any company selling products that cause irritation around your eyes. I contracted "pink eye" from one of their eyeliner products and on multiple occasions I had an "allergic" reaction to their eye makeup. My eyelids would become inflamed and burn. I was a subscriber of their glam bags and I purchased products through their website. I did not use any other products besides ipsy products when I had these reactions. Therefore, I know it was their products causing the issue. It happened too many times to be a coincidence and certainly enough times to decide that I will never use their products again.

Outstanding customer service I had to contact them to make sure I received my points for my sister joining under my name, and the lady was very helpful and eager to help, most importantly. Very sweet and went out of her way!!

Love my boxycharm Love my boxycharm! It’s like a monthly present to myself every month! Definitely almost always more value of products then the box cost! Only downfall is I wish it was in the system what someone has got recently at least so there isn’t so many duplicates being sent and that way we’re able to try other new products! Other than that no real complaints! I have definitely got products I wanted to try but couldn’t bring myself to spend the amount of money on! My new everyday necessities have been introduced from boxycharm! My make up collection has grown tremendously, I haven’t had to purchase any skin care or make up products individually in at least 2 years! You just CANT go wrong with Boxycharm! Definitely a 10/10!
