I also love getting so many full sized products many worth more than one months subscription. Everything always comes sealed with a description anc retail value. I also love that I have been a subscriber for 3 years now and have never received the same product twice and almost every month receive a brand new full-sized eye palette.

GBApparently y’all run out of products… Apparently y’all run out of products that people actually picked them send them repeat items. Recently y’all gave me my money back which is good but if you don’t have the items anymore from choice, either give credits or a refund

GBBeginning of membership was great, now if I receive my box I'm happy When I first started my membership I was charged on the 1st of each month and had my box by the 15th. The last 3 months I've been charged on the 1st and not received my box or received it at the 1st of following month. Also when you try to contact customer support it's difficult to get any help or have a resolution. Frustrated over the lack of getting help or being able to speak to a person. Months go by without getting a box but charged.

GBFull sized products? Yes, please!! I really love having the ability to try new products and not have to worry about running out. I had tried other companies and I would only get the sample-sized products that were one-and-done. Thank you for the amazing experience! I hope Boxy Charm continues with the great service and continues to open my world to new products!
