I have been using the cute Brookfield… I have been using the cute Brookfield notes for a few years and have a box in two locations in my home. The shop where I had previously purchased them no longer carries them, so I was happy to see I could get them on line.

Beautiful Original Crown Mill… Beautiful Original Crown Mill correspondence cards which are not easy to find in my area. Box wrapped in old-fashioned brown paper and string and a sweet. How lovely and charming this is. The service is fast and always perfect. They show the greatest care for their customers and it shows in how they conduct their business.

Great Shopping with HWE I found a little exercise workbook by Bindewerk at a local independent bookstore, and I fell in love with it. I went back to get another and they were all sold out. Thankfully, I found HWE Stationery Ltd online. They carry these special little notebooks, amongst other stationery and paper treasures. Received a pen with a wrong color The gel pens I ordered arrived well-packed. However, one of the pens I received was the wrong color, and while I did reach out to HWE customer service, I have yet to hear back. Some of the ink levels were also a bit less than I was expecting of brand new pens.

Stellar service Over the past year obviously everyone has taken to internet shopping but I have always had bad luck ordering products, I always get the wrong thing or it wasn't what I expected, terrible customer service or the order comes damaged. Opening your package made my day. Not only was it packed with care it was personalized and pretty. Above and beyond.
