Very Well-Engineered and Excellent Materials w/ Great Customer Support. This is an extremely well engineered and built piece of furniture. I had seen some reviews that it was difficult to assemble and parts were missing but they were from several months ago and I did not experience that. It does take a long time because there are a lot of pieces but no problems to speak of. What might be helpful in the future is labeling the parts that go together in a specific way to prevent the customer from installing something backwards or upside down. You have probably seen this, little stickers with A-A, B-B, C-C, etc. I did reach out to customer support on delivery and Ariel Gurrea was excellent! He kept me up to date on shipping times and also sent me the assembly directions before it arrived so I could plan out the assembly. The desk, looks great, is solid and works great! Happy customer.

Customer Support Great customer support. Was having some issues with my desk. Contacted customer service and spoke with Anna. She was so patient, I was frustrated because I use my desk for work. Anna did troubleshooting with me, then asked Kevin to help review my situation to make sure they could get my situation fixed asap. Kevin came out made some adjustments to the equipment and now it’s work perfectly. So appreciate Anna and Kevin’s efforts to get me be back up and running.

Our Christmas Presents to US :-) We placed the order before Christmas and our expected delivery is on 1/23/2024. When checking on the status of our order, Customer Service (Ariel) responded quickly and provided an update. Upon notification our order was shipped, I contacted Customer Service again to see how I could track my order. Ariel responded again and advised how to track it. I also asked another question, and she replied she would check with her Engineers and email me with the answer. As promised, Ariel emailed with the answer to my inquiry. All in all, VersaTables customer service is remarkable! Thank you!

Lifetime warranty was honored I had 2 Versa Edison table tops that started warping after 10 years and the current design wouldn't fit so they replaced both tables. The entire process took 3 months but they stood behind their product. Kevin Aguilar was exceptional and went above and beyond to make us happy. Thank you.

Great product Great product, best drafting table I've had in many years. Had a few minor issues with hardware during assembly but was easily resolved and the customer service and delivery was top notch. Highly recommend Versa Tables to anyone looking for a solid, quality desk solution. Especially if you prefer to shop local in CA.
