GBQuality product, worth the wait First, let me say that it was worth the wait and hiccups because this is a very well made product and I expect it will last a lifetime. Arriving without instructions (so heavy it came on a pallet) on a Friday and I was unable to put together. First glitch, but got the instructions emailed to me on Monday. After learning that a piece was improperly mounted and doing Facetime with an engineer who figured it out, I was sent the correct piece and wahla my new split-level Habitat sit/stand desk is up and running. Very pleased with customer service and the product. I think they are growing fast and thus the hiccups.

GBOur Christmas Presents to US :-) We placed the order before Christmas and our expected delivery is on 1/23/2024. When checking on the status of our order, Customer Service (Ariel) responded quickly and provided an update. Upon notification our order was shipped, I contacted Customer Service again to see how I could track my order. Ariel responded again and advised how to track it. I also asked another question, and she replied she would check with her Engineers and email me with the answer. As promised, Ariel emailed with the answer to my inquiry. All in all, VersaTables customer service is remarkable! Thank you!

GBLifetime warranty was honored I had 2 Versa Edison table tops that started warping after 10 years and the current design wouldn't fit so they replaced both tables. The entire process took 3 months but they stood behind their product. Kevin Aguilar was exceptional and went above and beyond to make us happy. Thank you.

GBVery Well-Engineered and Excellent Materials w/ Great Customer Support. This is an extremely well engineered and built piece of furniture. I had seen some reviews that it was difficult to assemble and parts were missing but they were from several months ago and I did not experience that. It does take a long time because there are a lot of pieces but no problems to speak of. What might be helpful in the future is labeling the parts that go together in a specific way to prevent the customer from installing something backwards or upside down. You have probably seen this, little stickers with A-A, B-B, C-C, etc. I did reach out to customer support on delivery and Ariel Gurrea was excellent! He kept me up to date on shipping times and also sent me the assembly directions before it arrived so I could plan out the assembly. The desk, looks great, is solid and works great! Happy customer.

GBGreat Support! The team at VersaDesk was easy to work with from Sales through to Customer Service. I was sent an incorrect control box for my desk and after some troubleshooting, the correct box was sent out to me overnight. Loving my new desk!
