Roompicks cancelled on me 3 days before… Roompicks cancelled on me 3 days before my trip. I had reserved the space 2 months before. Here is the cancellation message: "We would like to apologize but we just found out that reservation cannot be accommodated as booked due to unforeseen circumstances. The dates you have booked were supposed to be closed, but because of the glitch, the calendar dates remained open and we just realized that there was a connectivity error. Unfortunately, your reservation had to be canceled." HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE! DO NOT BOOK WITH ROOMPICKS! I booked it through Air B and B. The listing said it was through Roompicks. I am not a scammer.

Roomspick was great for renting my spare room Had a day with some technical difficulties with the site not loading, but other than that it was super helpful to be able to list my room and get connected with others who were looking for what I have. I liked that I could add multiple photos and that I had the chance to see a persons profile to get an idea about who was inquiring.

Lack of Concern & Compassion for Safety Made a reservation at 1:38pm, contacted RoomPicks at 2:00pm to cancel reservation based on safety concerns for my 4 minor children and myself. Absolute lack of compassion, slow response, when they did respond they reiterated screenshots, and had flagrant disregard for policy to refund reservation costs. Rooms, reviews, and other concerns are rampant with this company scamming people out of their hard earned money.

If I could give ZERO stars If I could give ZERO stars, that’d be more fitting. This is the worst possible company to ever book with, I suggest you stay away from them. I’m surprised Airbnb allows their behavior on their platform. We had to cancel our reservation due to an unexpected passing in our family and was promised a full refund for our trip from one of roompicks. Our whole trip was almost $1400 and they only credited back $500 and refuse to refund me any more. What a shame this company is for stealing money from me. Also, we were supposed to be staying at a hotel and from the reviews I’ve read about this company with hotels, I’m glad we didn’t.

Tons of Interested Renters! Roomspick is a great platform to advertise your room(s) for rent. Their website is very easy to use. I was able to manage the entire process from phone and upload the pictures in a snap. I also received a lot of interest extremely quickly. I encourage you to use Roomspick. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain.
