GBLack of Concern & Compassion for Safety Made a reservation at 1:38pm, contacted RoomPicks at 2:00pm to cancel reservation based on safety concerns for my 4 minor children and myself. Absolute lack of compassion, slow response, when they did respond they reiterated screenshots, and had flagrant disregard for policy to refund reservation costs. Rooms, reviews, and other concerns are rampant with this company scamming people out of their hard earned money.

GBTons of Interested Renters! Roomspick is a great platform to advertise your room(s) for rent. Their website is very easy to use. I was able to manage the entire process from phone and upload the pictures in a snap. I also received a lot of interest extremely quickly. I encourage you to use Roomspick. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain.

GBTotal Scam… Double Books Total Scam… I booked a cabin in the woods and they DOUBLE BOOKED it… then asked me to “request a cancel my trip” so they could give me less money back. Total SCAM, do not book with them.
Roompicks is a scam
GBRoompicks is a scam Roompicks is a scam. We booked a 6 day stay with them in a resort in Florida. We noticed our room wasn’t getting cleaned, we had to hunt down basic service like toilet paper & towels after paying addition resort fees when we arrived. The resort staff kept reply to us we don’t know what your contact says with Airbnb. It felt like we were not getting service because we booked via Airbnb. The resort was a 1 star, and housekeeping only showed up once while we were there. We contacted Roompicks not to get any help. Airbnb should not allow 3rd party to rent out rooms. Roompicks is not taking responsibility blaming resort, and resort is blaming Airbnb. We work hard for vacation and shouldn’t have to deal with these types of issues. Fake advertising, and Roompicks replied we already paid resort.

GBSTAY FAR AWAY!!! If I could give a zero star, that would be more appropriate for this horrible place. We booked through Travelocity and got a receipt from VRBO. We paid probably 3 times the actual price is. We also were scammed into believing it was one space with 2 beds, and low and behold, we had two separate rooms. The pictures are from probably 100 years ago and do NOT represent the place at all. We ended up checking out early and staying at the Hilton down the street. The hallways smell like a combination of mold and smoke, there is NOT a secure website (in fact it is barely usable), there is no business center as advertised, we had no hot water and there was a roach in the bathroom. Asking for a refund and have been working with the property mgt company and VRBO with zero help. Every bad review is responded by RoomPicks that the review was written by a scammer. I am not a Scammer, or a bot. RoomPicks is the true scammer here.
