TERRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY Terrible insurance company!! Expensive and doesn’t cover accidents as specified. They denied my claim because of pre existing condition when my pet doesn’t have any pre existing condition. DONT recommend, definitely a SCAM

Outstanding Experience! We have had a great experience with Spot pet insurance. The only issue we ran into was I downloaded the PDF and emailed my claim. if you do this the email can get lost in the clutter. Once we completed the form online or the App I have heard, our claim was pushed through within days. If you love your pet and are concerned about the high cost of veterinary care, I highly recommend this company.

Super easy to file a claim, highly recommend It's super easy to file a claim and the response is so fast. I have had nothing but great experiences with this insurance. I'm so glad that I got it, I've had to file two claims so far and both paid out. Highly recommend.
