GBThe company that cares about you. Turned in my claim which was easy and received a direct deposit in 4 days. Customer service is actually what sold me the agent was kind and asked me a lot of questions about my dog and she spoke about her dog. The other companies just wanted to make a sale they could care less.

GBTERRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY Terrible insurance company!! Expensive and doesn’t cover accidents as specified. They denied my claim because of pre existing condition when my pet doesn’t have any pre existing condition. DONT recommend, definitely a SCAM

GBHelpful and Thorough Helpful and thorough. The process is easy to submit a claim. Anytime I have had to speak to a representative they have been very helpful. They try to do the best for the customer.
