Printer review I just received my printer so I have had no contact with customer service, however I have received many emails regarding the product the shipping, tracking and follow up. The printer is wonderful. A little complicated but that's ok. The end results was amazing and well worth basically going back to school. It was well worth the money.

Saved by HotSwap program I am a new user and my printer decided to chew up a label in a way I couldn't get it out. When I contacted support, Sanjae helped me through the process and introduced me to HotSwap! I was in the middle of printing labels for an upcoming bottling and was a little freaked out. I got my current printer sent back and the next day they shipped my new printer. I should be back printing this weekend. The quick turnaround was incredible. Thanks for having a great support staff.

Very responsive! Very responsive! With a quick response to an enquiry I had to confirm the original order, Primera impressed me right out of the gates! Add to that a very solid product with an easy set up, and I'm looking forward to my next opportunity to work with them!

Shipping is always quick Shipping is always quick. I use the Primera inks, and while they may be a bit more costly than others, they are always fresh and work perfectly. Consistency and quality out weights price because it's still a fair deal.
