GBSaved by HotSwap program I am a new user and my printer decided to chew up a label in a way I couldn't get it out. When I contacted support, Sanjae helped me through the process and introduced me to HotSwap! I was in the middle of printing labels for an upcoming bottling and was a little freaked out.
