GBNot so helpful tech support Updating my review as I was contacted by the company and I am hoping my issue will quickly be resolved. I very much appreciate the response and customer service follow-up. ************+++* Windows did an automatic update on my laptop and uninstalled my Eddie printer driver and Bartebder software. I had a really hard time finding the proper drivers on your site l. I tried to chat with tech support and was given the ad I e to turn off my computer and re-start advice. Yeah, I already tried ALL of the usual methods before attempting to chat with tech support. Needless to say it did not help, no follow up was made and my software is still not working.

GBShipping is always quick Shipping is always quick. I use the Primera inks, and while they may be a bit more costly than others, they are always fresh and work perfectly. Consistency and quality out weights price because it's still a fair deal.

GBPrinter review I just received my printer so I have had no contact with customer service, however I have received many emails regarding the product the shipping, tracking and follow up. The printer is wonderful. A little complicated but that's ok. The end results was amazing and well worth basically going back to school. It was well worth the money.
