Cartridges that last and are delivered quickly The last time I ordered the cartridges they lasted for 1 year and 8 months. I just got a new set, I ordered them when the computer said they were low and they came within a few days by first class mail.

There is bleed over from blue to red areas, much of which covered the tips of my thumb, index and middle fingertips. Very durable ink deposits on skin! What a mess. Print copies (half a dozen) so far have looked good.

WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ??? I have attempted to contact you by telephone at least five times - each time being met by an answering machine asking me to leave a message. I did and I have NEVER received a return call. I continue to buy your products but now I need help with an HP 61xl color cartridge that will not install - receiving a message that the cartridge needs to be replaced with no "OK" or "Continue" available.
