Ink cartridges don’t work with latest HP security SEE UPDATE UPDATE: Once the company got back to me they were extremely helpful in resolving my situation. I am very satisfied with their response. ORIGINAL POST: The ink cartridges supposedly have the new chip in them so that they work with the latest HP security. They did not work. I sent an email to the company four days ago and have not heard back.

Gave me back use of my printer! Customer support answered my questions prior to sale, cartridges came promptly. When I installed them on my HP printer, they would not work, but I then disconnected everything and reinitialized everything and it worked like a charm! If you give them a chance and follow instructions you will get a good product for a much more competitive price in my opinion

Speedy shipping Ybtoner offered me the exact product I needed at an affordable price.
