GBNot Satisfied. I bought toner for a business client of mine. They did not work in his almost new Canon machine and the instructions sent along to bypass the machine error message was not successful. I only give three stars because I did receive a refund for what I returned. I sense this company is operating from overseas, because their emails always came late in the evening 9-10 pm EST. I will not be buying again.

GBThe Case of the "Leaking red toner" ??? I purchased a 4 pack of toner 215A on December 28th, 2022 and I didn't Install the new toner for several weeks later. However, when I installed all four of the toners at the same time. I noticed that the back of the printer paper had red toner all over the paper as it came out of the HP Printer? I did everything I could think of, like making sure that there wasn't a leak in red toner somewhere. I didn't find anything unusual.

GBInstructions could be better Seems to be good quality, easy installation, prompt service. Included instructions on how to disable software updates on my HP printer so printer would continue to be able to use non-OEM toners were either inaccurate or incorrect.
