This is my second time trying to get cartridges that fit and i am out of time with two purchases, one return, no refund in account and asked to jump through hoops and present a Cinamax Profuction to show cartridges received do not fit flush in the Brother Printer MFCL8900CDW Series cartridges.

HP toner that my Laserjet recognized... After purchase some other toners from other vendors, the toners that ybtoner provided actually worked on my Laserjet. It stated other supplier toner and continued to startup and PRINT. It was amazing after dealing with expensive HP toners.

The cartridge must be loaded in the old Cartrige At first I thought the toner cartridge did not work or fit. But I learned that ybtiner cartridges are designed to replace a secondary cartridge in the original one from ybtoner. Once I understood that it was s easy to see what to do and it worked perfectly.

I had an issue with ordering the… I had an issue with ordering the incorrect toner. I was able to get some help through the customer service and get the right item shipped to me. The product works great and it is as good as quality as I expected.

Not Satisfied. I bought toner for a business client of mine. They did not work in his almost new Canon machine and the instructions sent along to bypass the machine error message was not successful. I only give three stars because I did receive a refund for what I returned. I sense this company is operating from overseas, because their emails always came late in the evening 9-10 pm EST. I will not be buying again.
