As good as new! I am thrilled to have participated in Captivate Ink's promotion for purchasing recycled ink and toner. My child's school recycles with their sister company, Funding Factory, and I want to support those who support education. Fantastic Quality at a Fantastic Price Before I came across Captivate inks website I was considering buying refillable ink cartridges when you weighed everything up with the price of the ink , ink cartridges and having to buy a chip resetting tool and then the uncertainty of how long they would work before a printer software update rendered them useless I really didn't want to buy the cheap ink cartridges that you can get online as I have a friend who has been using them and he says that he gets a error message every time he tries to print something So I thought that I would give Captivate ink a try And they work great just like they should Plus I got three sets of ink for what it would have cost me for one from the printer manufacturer Now I wouldn't buy my ink from anywhere else

Shipped wrong cartridge! Shipped wrong cartridge which caused significant disruption of service. After speaking to our office administrator I found out that the cartridge provided damaged our Neopost machine and that we were forced to replace it. We also were forced to purchase an OEM cartridge for the new machine at a significantly higher cost.

Outstanding in every respect! I usually groan when my printer is low on ink. I used to spend nearly $100 buying one color and one black and white HP inkjet cartridge for my printer. I was thrilled with the bargain I got with Captivate Ink. Not only did I get both cartridges for slightly over $30, but their service was so fast and convenient. I have been burned by remans before, but Captivate Ink cartridges are truly excellent. I see no difference between them and OEM except the savings! It's easy to order on their website. I only wish I had heard about Captivate Ink sooner!!
