Great product and saved money Bought my HP 970XL cartridge from them. Usually it costs me $120 but they had it for only $49. Incredible deal! Cartridge worked perfectly and shipping was fast. Will defiantly buy from them going forward.

Excellent customer service! My package was somehow marked RTS (Return to Sender) because the temporary USPS mail delivery person failed to find the correct suite in my office building. Captivate Ink's customer service representative (via Chat) tracked my package and then promised to redeliver to my home address without additional shipping charges. It arrived at my home a few days later (priority mail). That is customer service that cannot be beat. Will definitely order from Captibvate Ink in the future.

Fantastic Ink lasts long,superior quality,easy to order,great price. Love it. Much better than running to office supply store and paying $25 plus for one cartridge. Very satisfied!

Like the product- very pleased so far. Initially I had a problem with pop up warnings but they soon went away and I have definitely gotten more printing then I ever did with my HP cartridges. So far so good. Can't tell the difference in quality.
