GBGo someplace else! “BUYER BEWARE!!! inkproducts.com is a poor excuse for a business. I called on the phone to talk with them and bought my printer based on their recommendations for the most compatible printer with the continuous ink system. I had nothing but problems with this system. Poor print quality, product failure, did not work as described, incomplete information and excuses as to why this was my fault. I received no response from inkproducts.com after I voiced my displeasure. buy at your own risk!”

GBExceptional, knowledgeable and helpful I am making regular ink orders in InkProducts for the last 2 years - everything: the product and the response is excellent. And, in the meantime, besides refilling ink cartridges, I had some technical issues with my printer. While Canon technical support was not able to help me, every time I reached InkProduct for help and every time not only they remotely helped me to fix it - they guided me step by step through the process, patiently and with very practical advice. GBSTELLAR customer support STELLAR customer support! I've ordered CIS (Continuous Ink Systems) from Inkproducts for about 13 years now on four different printers, and have saved oodles of moola! While the systems can be finicky, the customer support is truly that: support. Best for DIYers. My little school could not have afforded printing without them.
