GBGreat service - 4 years after the sale! I have a 4 year old Canon Maxify MB5320, and it stopped working with "Support Code 5105" - something about not recognizing the ink cartridges. I tried a few fixes without any luck, then called InkProducts and talked with Tom. He walked me through purging the cartridges in their Continuous Ink Supply system - which was key to bringing the printer back to life. Accurate advice, clearly laid out - both patiently and courteously. What more could you ask?

GBSaved me a lot of money!! I ordered a set of refillable cartridges for my HP printer along with some filling accessories. No problem with ordering or shipping. The best part is I have been refilling my own cartridges for over a year now and it has saved me a LOT of money. I can’t see any difference between the quality of the printing between their ink and the HP factory cartridges. I have highly recommended this company and their products to friends and family.

GBSatisfied user. I have used their products for a couple years. I currently own 2 Brother printers, J480Dw and J985Dw. They both have inlproducts kits in them. I have a small business and print a lot of paper. Description sheets, invoices, manuals, etc. The items in my Brother printers have worked flawlessly, and when I have received error messages I have received prompt assistance either through email or phone. When I order it comes in a reasonable amount of time. This isn't a perfect world and sometimes the seller gets blamed for shipping problems beyond his control. I did use their product with a HP 8600 and eventually, before the ink was gone had problems with the printheads leaking continually. I read his review on Brother printers and at this point I am very satisfied. I have tried many of the others, Epson, HP, Canon,Lexmark,etc. and found problem areas. Either ink or printheads. So far, the Brothers just work. I recommend them to any of my friends when they express frustration over printing costs. Now the biggest expense is paper. Not sure where all the negative reviews come from. I've only had experience with inkproducts that have been very satisfactory.

GBExceptional, knowledgeable and helpful I am making regular ink orders in InkProducts for the last 2 years - everything: the product and the response is excellent. And, in the meantime, besides refilling ink cartridges, I had some technical issues with my printer. While Canon technical support was not able to help me, every time I reached InkProduct for help and every time not only they remotely helped me to fix it - they guided me step by step through the process, patiently and with very practical advice.
