GBSuper duper excellent products and service! For two years now I've used Inkproducts refillable cartridges and dye base ink in my Epson Workhorse WF-3520. I have saved SO much money over purchasing manufacturer or second-market ink cartridges. Pennies on the dollar! And Inkproducts answers their phone live if you have any questions! They'll even help you pick a printer when you are shopping for one of those because they know and have used and tested every last one of them! How can I recommend them highly enough?

GBSTELLAR customer support STELLAR customer support! I've ordered CIS (Continuous Ink Systems) from Inkproducts for about 13 years now on four different printers, and have saved oodles of moola! While the systems can be finicky, the customer support is truly that: support. Best for DIYers. My little school could not have afforded printing without them.

GBGreat service - 4 years after the sale! I have a 4 year old Canon Maxify MB5320, and it stopped working with "Support Code 5105" - something about not recognizing the ink cartridges. I tried a few fixes without any luck, then called InkProducts and talked with Tom. He walked me through purging the cartridges in their Continuous Ink Supply system - which was key to bringing the printer back to life. Accurate advice, clearly laid out - both patiently and courteously. What more could you ask?

GBThe best customer support I have experienced! I had just installed an ink refill system on my Epson printer. After a while it refused to recognize the cartridges. I called Tom at inkproducts.com for any help I could get. I was guided through significant diagnosis and all the checks verified that the chip on the Epson was the source of the problem. My only realistic hope was to get a printer recommendation from Tom. Not only did I get a recommendation but he came up with a VERY fair solution for equipping my new printer with a great system to refill ink. He went WAY beyond my expectations. It is refreshing to find a person who not only supports his products but the customers who use them!
