GBVery Happy! Not a widely known company (at least I hadn't heard of them) so I was skeptical to order from them. I called first and spoke to a lady that put my mind at ease about a few things. They allow PayPal payments so I felt additional security using it. However, everything was great. Shipped quickly, setup was fairly smooth, and the CISS has been going strong for a few weeks now. Only negative is that the included directions didn't include the step of pinching the ink cable while taking off the cartridge covers and placing them in the printer. That led to a little bit of a mess and I had to watch one of their youtube videos to figure it out! Take the negative reviews here with a grain of salt. Most happy customers won't leave reviews while the angry ones always do. I'm betting you'll have a good experience if you're thinking about purchasing from them.

GBSTELLAR customer support STELLAR customer support! I've ordered CIS (Continuous Ink Systems) from Inkproducts for about 13 years now on four different printers, and have saved oodles of moola! While the systems can be finicky, the customer support is truly that: support. Best for DIYers. My little school could not have afforded printing without them.

GBGreat Communication I had a problem but when I sent e-mail, I got GREAT RESPONSE back to call them. I did and they took their time to help me out and never once did I feel they were just pushing me aside or that their time was more important than me their customer...

GBInkproducts.com never disappoints! Just thought I would right a review on Inkproducts.com, I used this company years ago, when I had another printer. I just reordered from them again! I now have a new printer and the gal on the phone made sure all my questions were answered and gave me the confidence to tackle a new printer and compatible refill kit. DO NOT HESITATE to buy from this company...... you will be so glad you did!!! They have been in business for over 20+ years!!

GBGreat service - 4 years after the sale! I have a 4 year old Canon Maxify MB5320, and it stopped working with "Support Code 5105" - something about not recognizing the ink cartridges. I tried a few fixes without any luck, then called InkProducts and talked with Tom. He walked me through purging the cartridges in their Continuous Ink Supply system - which was key to bringing the printer back to life. Accurate advice, clearly laid out - both patiently and courteously. What more could you ask?
