COVID MADE YOUR CARELESS! I am so 😡 mad that I supported this business!!! I am truly patient and understanding when it comes to dealing with delays from COVID however, what I cannot be understanding to is neglecting your customers. When you do so THEY LEAVE YOU! taking their page private and not responding to consumers is horrible and inconsiderate. During a time where retail is just about dying, you have people who genuinely want to support you and you can’t even have the decency to respond to us. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

Goodbye money I placed an order 3 months ago. Periodic updates were given saying COVID was impacting supply deliveries, that is understandable. But seeing other reviews it appears a similar story is happening. I received an email saying my order shipped 8/3 but after two weeks, nothing. No order, no tracking updates, nada. I reached out to the company to receive an email back on 8/18 from Jan saying she will update me by EOD...no such update was provided. I’ve followed up twice and not a peep. Instagram is private and now the website is completely gone. I don’t know what good it does now but if the company resurfaces, buyer beware!

Will the real Karen please stand up!!!!? I was contacted by Karen, from Mocha Whip, on today. She saw a review I posted and wanted to reach out to me. I'm still smiling from the phone call! It is always refreshing to be on the receiving end of some good, old fashion customer service! Karen truly exceeded all expectations! As I stated before in my initial review, this product is really good! I ordered two of the whipped butters and I'm currently using the vanilla chai. I absolutely LOVE it and was never shy about sharing that! It, seriously, lasts all day, keeps my skin hydrated and soft, and has a long lasting aroma! My initial review included my dissatisfaction with the customer service that I initially recieved; however, Karen provided more insight and explained that due to COVID there were some changes to staffing and unexpected issues, including a decrease in staff. I really appreciate her transparency! Karen is a gem! Keep her on the team! I'll continue to support Mocha Whip! 🖤

I was robbed for my money!! I placed multiple orders back in August of 2020 and tried being patient due to COVID-19 but I have never received my orders. I’ve tried contacting them via email multiple times and Facebook with no response from them. I just want my refund at this point! I have never been so disappointed by a company and I feel like I’ve been scammed!!!! Run for your life! Don’t ever purchase from Mocha Whip!

After months of not receiving my order… After months of not receiving my order nor hearing back from them I contacted my bank and got my money back. I have yet to hear back from them after emailing them about a refund or status of my order. This is my second review so that people know, if you order from them you’re basically giving your money away. I had orderered back in June and after a few emails from them saying they’ll deliver soon eventually they stopped communicating. I will continue to support black Owned business just not this company!! Save your money people!
