GBHave placed an order over a month ago… Have placed an order over a month ago and still have not received. Seeing a lot of customer complaints about not receiving their orders! Every company says due to Covid-19 is why shipping is delayed. I have placed orders after I placed an order with this company and still received my items in a timely manner! By now companies should have established a system to get orders out so stop blaming everything on COVID! Apparently this always been an issue with this company. They constantly delete customer complaints on IG and Facebook

GBAfter months of not receiving my order… After months of not receiving my order nor hearing back from them I contacted my bank and got my money back. I have yet to hear back from them after emailing them about a refund or status of my order. This is my second review so that people know, if you order from them you’re basically giving your money away. I had orderered back in June and after a few emails from them saying they’ll deliver soon eventually they stopped communicating. I will continue to support black Owned business just not this company!! Save your money people!

GBNo order.......well over a month I placed an order 7/1 and have yet to receive it. I’ve contacted the company multiple times. It went from a delay due to Covid to a delay due to Hurricane warnings to the item will be shipped that day and I’ll have notification that evening. Welp that was a week ago and no tracking or order. I’ll be contacting both the Better Business Bureau and my financial institution.

GBI was robbed for my money!! I placed multiple orders back in August of 2020 and tried being patient due to COVID-19 but I have never received my orders. I’ve tried contacting them via email multiple times and Facebook with no response from them. I just want my refund at this point! I have never been so disappointed by a company and I feel like I’ve been scammed!!!! Run for your life! Don’t ever purchase from Mocha Whip!

GBCOVID MADE YOUR CARELESS! I am so 😡 mad that I supported this business!!! I am truly patient and understanding when it comes to dealing with delays from COVID however, what I cannot be understanding to is neglecting your customers. When you do so THEY LEAVE YOU! taking their page private and not responding to consumers is horrible and inconsiderate. During a time where retail is just about dying, you have people who genuinely want to support you and you can’t even have the decency to respond to us. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
