Unhappy former customer
GBNo order.......well over a month I placed an order 7/1 and have yet to receive it. I’ve contacted the company multiple times. It went from a delay due to Covid to a delay due to Hurricane warnings to the item will be shipped that day and I’ll have notification that evening. Welp that was a week ago and no tracking or order. I’ll be contacting both the Better Business Bureau and my financial institution.

GBI was robbed for my money!! I placed multiple orders back in August of 2020 and tried being patient due to COVID-19 but I have never received my orders. I’ve tried contacting them via email multiple times and Facebook with no response from them. I just want my refund at this point! I have never been so disappointed by a company and I feel like I’ve been scammed!!!! Run for your life! Don’t ever purchase from Mocha Whip!

GBPlease DO NOT BUY from this company Please do not buy from this company. It is not legit. They are scammers and thieves. They’ve stolen from hundreds of people for YEARS now by accepting orders but not fulfilling them. They had to delete their original Facebook page because of the backlash they were getting. They delete negative comments and posts on both Facebook and Instagram. I only received a refund after months and months of no response because I threatened legal action. They gave me a coupon code to use as well to retain me as a customer. After my anger calmed down, I decided to give them a second chance with the coupon code (many months later). They never fulfilled that order either.

GBI've been a customer for years I have been buying the Mocha Whip products for years, and it has not only really helped my sensitive skin. But also the flavors smell so amazing like dessert, and my skin stays moisturized for days. I no longer use lotion. I have always had a good experience with shipping from this company and customer service.

GBPatiently awaiting I’m not sure yet. Received an email that my product hasn’t shipped yet but they’re working on filling the order. I appreciate the communication just letting me know they hadn’t forgotten me. It would be nice to receive an email confirmation of orders placed through Apple Pay.
