Never received Placed my order (S-3356) early June. Received a couple of updates about delays due to Covid which is understanding. On August 3rd, I received a tracking order and notice that my order shipped. However, it is now end of September and no change in tracking order and no word from company. I’ve sent multiple emails for an update or a refund. No response. I was really looking forward to trying their products. I do see on their website they have not been taking any more orders to catch up on current orders despite what other reviews have stated.

Will the real Karen please stand up!!!!? I was contacted by Karen, from Mocha Whip, on today. She saw a review I posted and wanted to reach out to me. I'm still smiling from the phone call! It is always refreshing to be on the receiving end of some good, old fashion customer service! Karen truly exceeded all expectations! As I stated before in my initial review, this product is really good! I ordered two of the whipped butters and I'm currently using the vanilla chai. I absolutely LOVE it and was never shy about sharing that! It, seriously, lasts all day, keeps my skin hydrated and soft, and has a long lasting aroma! My initial review included my dissatisfaction with the customer service that I initially recieved; however, Karen provided more insight and explained that due to COVID there were some changes to staffing and unexpected issues, including a decrease in staff. I really appreciate her transparency! Karen is a gem! Keep her on the team! I'll continue to support Mocha Whip! 🖤

Treating My Eczema! I recently began using Mocha Whip and I am pleased to say that I got some great results treating my eczema! After a week, I began to see my skin color gradually returning back to its normal color. My hands and feet are no longer dry and scaly. I now feel confident and not embarrassed to show my hands or feet in public.

Please DO NOT BUY from this company Please do not buy from this company. It is not legit. They are scammers and thieves. They’ve stolen from hundreds of people for YEARS now by accepting orders but not fulfilling them. They had to delete their original Facebook page because of the backlash they were getting. They delete negative comments and posts on both Facebook and Instagram. I only received a refund after months and months of no response because I threatened legal action. They gave me a coupon code to use as well to retain me as a customer. After my anger calmed down, I decided to give them a second chance with the coupon code (many months later). They never fulfilled that order either.

Have placed an order over a month ago… Have placed an order over a month ago and still have not received. Seeing a lot of customer complaints about not receiving their orders! Every company says due to Covid-19 is why shipping is delayed. I have placed orders after I placed an order with this company and still received my items in a timely manner! By now companies should have established a system to get orders out so stop blaming everything on COVID! Apparently this always been an issue with this company. They constantly delete customer complaints on IG and Facebook
