GBPoor Customer Service I have purchased collectable cards on three or four occasions, all the same paper thickness and style with no issues. On the most recent order, the cards are noticeably flimsier and bend easily. You can see the difference when inserting a card from a prior order in with the current ones. When I contact customer service, I was told that they wouldn't have made a mistake in the paper. No further suggestions or requests for information.

GBTrash I ordered stickers. They sent me cardstock with no sticker. I asked customer service to refund since my order was botched. They told me it was my fault because I selected the wrong paper thickness. How could I have known this since their website gave zero indication of this? I couldn't. They offered me a credit, which I do not want, as I don't like working with companies that lack integrity, such as this one.
