When I signed onto the page I was given… When I signed onto the page I was given a promo code for free shipping and when I tried to use it I was told it was invalid. The card was easy to create and I love it but I felt the promo code offer was misleading to get you to try your service. I may not order again.

Poor Customer Service I have purchased collectable cards on three or four occasions, all the same paper thickness and style with no issues. On the most recent order, the cards are noticeably flimsier and bend easily. You can see the difference when inserting a card from a prior order in with the current ones. When I contact customer service, I was told that they wouldn't have made a mistake in the paper. No further suggestions or requests for information.
