Customer Service helped me several… Customer Service helped me several time...this kind of thing can be nerve racking, I feel so much better preparing the order for submission with their support!

Trash I ordered stickers. They sent me cardstock with no sticker. I asked customer service to refund since my order was botched. They told me it was my fault because I selected the wrong paper thickness. How could I have known this since their website gave zero indication of this? I couldn't. They offered me a credit, which I do not want, as I don't like working with companies that lack integrity, such as this one.
