Why ? The printer Companies have a chip that tells them when it's not their brand inks,making the printers useless, will not print,this should be look into.If you put a none Manufacturers oil in your car should it not run ? That should be illegal for printer Companies to make hostage your printer for not buy their inks.......................

Rest Assured I had ordered new ink cartridges but when I received the confirmation email, I was not sure I had ordered the correct ones for my particular printer since only the brand (not the specific type of printer) was listed. I contacted the company via Live Chat and David Smith responded immediately. He was very helpful and assured me that I had ordered the correct cartridges. I have ordered my ink supplies from 499inks.com for years now and could not be more pleased with both the products and service. I recommend them to all my friends.

Do not order their remanufactered cartridges Used remanufactered cartridges ordered from this company on my Epson workforce pro. Replaced my black cartridge. Shows full but prints nothing. Several emails later doing everything asked and sending pictures of the printing as requested an all I get is they will escalate it to proper dept. so now my printer is useless till they replace defective cartridge and no word on if or when they will do that.so much for 100% satisfaction!
