Rest Assured I had ordered new ink cartridges but when I received the confirmation email, I was not sure I had ordered the correct ones for my particular printer since only the brand (not the specific type of printer) was listed. I contacted the company via Live Chat and David Smith responded immediately. He was very helpful and assured me that I had ordered the correct cartridges. He was able to get my order taken care of quickly without any problems. The individual who took care of the final particulars for the purchase was excellent as well. I was told that I would receive my order either Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. It shipped out on the 14th and it arrived today the 16th. That was truly amazing. The toner cartridges are an exact match to the OEM cartridge and it works beautifully. This was the best experience I have had with a company that isn't brick and mortar. A good place to do business. I have been purchasing from 499 inks for years. I keep coming back because they offer the lowest prices of quality products that consistently meet my needs. If there are ever any problems they make it right. I have found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. But I generally ask for Patrick, as I find him to be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Would recommend 499inks so far I am a new customer to 499inks and so far am pleased. I received the order on time and in good condition with the Inks and toner packaged in professional packaging. I have tried the HP ink cartridges which are working good but have not tried the Canon inks and toner yet, but anticipate good results.

When Customer Service Counts; Within the last few days I ordered product from them. Without going into the sordid details (sarcasm). There was a hiccup in getting my account details straightened out and getting shipping details. All was fixed by their excellent customer service on 04/08/2021. Take a bow Sam!
