Ink cartridge I purchased a Lexmark 33 compatibility ink cartridge for my tabletop printer. I followed the instructions and took the tape off then inserted the cartridge and snapped it in place. I keep getting the same instructions over and over from my printer. Remove tape, insert cartridge and snap in place. It's just not working for some reason. I did however try the process over and over of taking the cartridge out and inserting back and clicking into place. I still get the same message. Thank you.

Would recommend 499inks so far I am a new customer to 499inks and so far am pleased. I received the order on time and in good condition with the Inks and toner packaged in professional packaging. I have tried the HP ink cartridges which are working good but have not tried the Canon inks and toner yet, but anticipate good results.
