GBA good place to do business. I have been purchasing from 499 inks for years. I keep coming back because they offer the lowest prices of quality products that consistently meet my needs. If there are ever any problems they make it right. I have found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. But I generally ask for Patrick, as I find him to be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

GBWhy ? The printer Companies have a chip that tells them when it's not their brand inks,making the printers useless, will not print,this should be look into.If you put a none Manufacturers oil in your car should it not run ? That should be illegal for printer Companies to make hostage your printer for not buy their inks.......................

GBInk cartridge I purchased a Lexmark 33 compatibility ink cartridge for my tabletop printer. I followed the instructions and took the tape off then inserted the cartridge and snapped it in place. I keep getting the same instructions over and over from my printer. Remove tape, insert cartridge and snap in place. It's just not working for some reason. I did however try the process over and over of taking the cartridge out and inserting back and clicking into place. I still get the same message. Thank you.

GBWhen Customer Service Counts; Within the last few days I ordered product from them. Without going into the sordid details (sarcasm). There was a hiccup in getting my account details straightened out and getting shipping details. All was fixed by their excellent customer service on 04/08/2021. Take a bow Sam!
